Bad I have reported it a Few times now. to Booking com. And All I Got was an Empty promise from Your agent and left to sleep out in a snow storm in 3-4 ft of snow. I am a Disabled High risk patient. That was Inhumane with No Shelters open and No where to go and I Paid. I am Not Guilty of smoking in the room. I Deserve my Money Back for Violating my Privacy, for the Theft of my things, and Putting my Life in Danger. I met a very nice woman and her son. We would all go outside to smoke together. Bad Just Save yourself. Do Not Ever Stay There. HORRID. What Stay?? I was kicked out of the hotel into the snow with no where to go After they got my Money. I got Set up and I Am SUEING. I am a Disabled High risk patient and I got put out in 3 feet of Snow. They kept my money. I didn't do what they said I did. They said there were ashes in my sink. VERY DISSAPPOINTED> I thought it would been alot cleaner and breakfast. Chean the bedding and spray for cock roaches. There was no breakfast offered at this location. I checked in later. I got there the window was down to check in. The woman said she would open it in a few minutes. I waited over 20 minutes. She did my check-in. I get to my room. And it only had one bed. I had reserved a double bedroom. I had to go back down to the front desk which was closed again. I waited 30 mins. till someone finally opened the window. An... read more
