Property was fine. Had an extremely long wait to check in. No employee at front desk (or anywhere to be found) for 10 minutes+.

The room was not clean eyelashes was left in the room and coffee stains was on the table I was very disappointed

hardly any toiletries and only half a roll of toilet paper. only one pillow on each bed and they had to go find more from empty rooms...

First off i always stay at this property when in town! Ive never had any issues with ms lillie, jessica, or charles!! But my last experience with this location was not a good 1. I dealt with a staff member by the name of alicia and noticed that money was taken from my card without notice or reason!! When i asked what the charge was i was told it was for my children which is unacceptable since the policy states that children under the age of 17 are no charge. Not pleased if they had not cancelled our rooms then I could give a review, I am not pleased with the overall situation at all. I had two car loads of adults and children that was tired and we get there and the rooms were cancelled, not good at all.
