Run down, creepy IMO this hotel does not meet the standards of an Extended Stay property. When I arrived, I recognized this as the same place I had stayed 20 years earlier while on business, and it looked no better now (My memory of that visit was having my watch stolen from my room. Lol) Room stilll dingy, smelled like cigarette smoke. Continuous noise (compressor?) from on an adjacent room. Old appliances, fridges still use ice cube trays.(!). no ice machine on property. The room was disgusting, the fridge was full of spilt stuff and rotting food, the shower was full of hair that was not from me or my significant other, the sheets were dirty, there were no utensils such as the same hotel name in a different location had, and the customer service was horrible

Didn't have room when we got there. Said they were overbooked and tried to transfer out reservation to another location (without informing me) but that location was overbooked as well. After telling the manager that we had concert tickets and still needed to get ready he miraculously found us a room 30 minutes later. The room was not so clean. Not for me Nice enough staff but you get what you pay for. Room is tiny and smelled like smoke the phone in the room didn't work and there are no pots and pans to cook with. Overall kind of dirty and I felt it wasn't for me. If you like the bigger chain hotels with coffee makers and free breakfast and a decent size room that feels clean go with them. Pay the extra $30 a night.

HOT SPOT This hotel was very scketchy. It seems like the cops are always around, the room was stink of cigarettes, drains in both faucet and tub was clogged, carpet was disgusting, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was unsatisfactory. They really need to do better, especially for the price that I paid, smh. Very disappointing!! Never Ever Again at any ESA!!

Awful Hotel... The first room wasn't even cleaned and the second had an awful smell. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Not the best hotel experience Stayed for 3 days they never came to change the sheets or bring new towels. TV was awful, bad picture, limited channels and the remote only worked when it wanted to.
