St. Louis Hotel Hotel staff were good and room was Ok. However, breakfast was poor.
Place was dirty and staff was grumpy

This property is mainly for subsidized people. They have a right to be there. But it should be advertised. I use Expedia when I travel. Or did use! Really disappointed in your lack of quality property. Took 3 TV remote changes. And one room change. Woman awoke me at 4:30 am loudly praying! Was tired all today because of lack of rest. Had to drive 13 hours in just over 24 hours too. Bad job Expedia!

The rooms was dirty and my tv remote didn’t work
There was no one in the lobby to check us in and when they finally did they gave us a room that somebody was in. Hotel and area is dirty, nasty and a little bit scary based upon its occupants
ROACHES... found after I had to bleach the whole room.
