The location was unable to find the reservation once we arrived and offered little to no assistance to resolve the issue. In fact, while speaking with Hotels.com through the app, the Extended Stay rep was rude and dismissive. Another one of their co- workers came to check on them while we were trying to figure out the issue so they could "smoke". Extended Stay room 315 Windows do not open or even crack open for fresh air No iron and ironing board Carpet by the recliner has four wear patches you can see the backing of the rug Kitchenette Electrical socket on wall between the stove and sink, does not work, even after trying to reset several times it does not work The larger burner on the counter stove top is not working. There was leftover spaghetti pasta on the burner. When I turned on both burners, it left very black marks on my hands. There was also pasta sauce left... read more

Do not stay here. Filthy!!! Smelly! Musty! So filthy and run down and smelly. It was rated 5.8 by hotels.com and should have been rated a 1 or not even listed at all. DUMP!!!

The keys didn’t work, rooms were dirty & charged me for the stay still trying to get a refund
