Bad business Up on our arrival, at the extended stay hotel they said that we did not have a reservation there. They did not see our name and did not allow us to have a room on top of that. They charged us for the room that we never stayed in without a refund.
The room leaked from the air conditioner the fridge and under the bathroom sink they sent someone to fix it and all he did was give us new towels to put on the floor that wa supper to last a week it left a smell and I couldn’t wait to leave
First room was nasty gave me another one maintenance came knocking on door early in the morning saying no one is suppose to be in that room. Didn’t have any towels clean the experience was terrible
Unable to locate the person at the front desk to check in for a hour the first room smells do I ask to switch rooms which was much better.

It was the grossest place I’ve ever stayed! Hair on the counter and in the sink. Dried food on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. The roomed reeked of pot all night and we could barely breathe.

The room was not cleaned correctly. The property is not kept up to part. Dirty elevators and stairwells. Staff were unorganized and unprofessional.

Disgusting Hotel Got to hotel. Was told was overbooked and no rooms available. Hotel looks like a war zone and some place likely to get a disease from. Cannot recommend enough to never stay there
