You get what you pay for. Had a quick stop and there was nobody at the reception to check us in for about 30 min, after we got our room the smell of cigarette was strong and we could not sleep well that night.

No one at the desk when checking in. Had to call from a phone on the wall. No one answered. Finally a staffer came to the desk. We went to our room and didn’t even step in because the cigarette smell was so bad. When I made the reservation, a nonsmoking was requested. Went back to the desk, had to call for someone again. Not clean. Smelly rooms. No iron or iron board. The a/c does not work properly. Too much noise. Every 15-20 minutes banging. The mattress is too old. The pillows are very poor quality. The sheets, blankets and quilt are very very old. If you want to spoil your night, I would recommend this hotel.

I'm so sorry for the mis-communication about our Linen Exchange program and fee. Many guests prefer to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry room, so we do not include fresh sheets and towels as part of our base rate and instead offer this service for a small fee.
The bed was lawful. Walls too thin. Heard people talking all.night. Staff was nice, room was clean, close to airport.
