Place was disgusting, room was full of roaches and smelled horrible.

great service, not so great stay The front desk lady was super nice and so was housekeeping, but the rooms smelled of old food, there was extremely loud people outside, and people on the ground drugged out

After entering our room, within the first 5 minutes we saw several roaches and other bugs crawling on the counter and shower! We immediately went to the front desk and wanted to check out and be refunded, however, the front desk and manager stated that we would get nothing if we left since I sat on the bed upon everting the room so it is considered a “used room”. Roaches Filthy carpet- my feet were black after walking on it. Senior with back issues - did not accommodate by delivery of kitchen wares.

Never again The first room was do bad that I had to have it changed. The second room didn't smell but poor maintenance door loose, tile falling off. Mole in and on the window Had no choice at this late date but to stay, no extra pillow or cover we had to buy our own. LAST TIME FOR ME.

Room was dirty, sheets hard hairs, floor was very dirty had a large spill (sticky). Had dirty socks left on floor and Roches. Had no choice but to stay Family member was in hospital. I went to the office to get a cup of coffee and I picked up the empty cup and a roach ran out. Never again!

Property was very old in nasty room smelled like cigarette smoke bath towels was dirty the sheets to the bed had blood stains on them refrigerator was old and rusty no wash clothes in the bathroom only towels
