Staff was friendly, helpful. The property needs some tender loving care. Cracked tiles in shower, tub control stuck to shower only, bar for towel missing in shower. It has an AC unit in the room so sleep is sketchy at best. Had I known that one thing I wouldn't have booked it.

Aire acondicionado defectuoso, las máquinas de soda se encuentran en el cuarto de lavado.

Unacceptable There were roaches in the room. It was very hard to sleep with the bugs

Checked in was ok. I had to wait 2 hours to check in bc system will charge me extra to check in earlier than 2PM. Over the phone I had explained to a lady at Extended that I was driving from Boston to Tampa and I would appreciate it if I could check in early due to the long drive. System doesn't allow it. The bathtub looked like someone spilled nail paint in it. I though it was blood but thank God it wasnt. There was no pots, pans or any silverware in my room. The room was dirty and smelled of dirty socks, rude and unfriendly staff. Even the vending machine was out of bottled water!... Not coming back.
