Rooma could use a deep cleaning especially the carpets.. didn't have no hangers nor iron in my room

If your a customer service junkie, wow! My wife booked through Hotels.com for an extended stay hotel and mistakenly checked us into another location. The night manager was “Absolutely Fantastic” in getting us into a room and researched and found out we were at the wrong hotel. She then attempted to contact the other hotel to try to transfer the registration to this location which she was not able to without consulting Hotels.com. Staff was very good at their jobs. Very hard to find hotel. Bathroom had black mold around tub. Room and bathroom could use some attention as far as furniture nicks and scrapes. Carpet had some spills on it. TV had o ly one channel.
