I couldn't bring myself to stay. The stairs and outdoor corridors are so dirty. I saw guests hanging outside their rooms as if they were in a public park. The front desk staff was not welcoming. I couldn't get a refund and I was fine with that. There is no way I was going to stay there. Besides all that I already mentioned, I also felt unsafe.

Disgusting Someone else's urine was on the toilet seat and blood on the sheets. The horrible smell hits you so hard the moment you walk in the door it made me gag. There were enough stains on the floor to constitute a CSI investigation.

Close to the shopping mall and the movie theater. The room doesn't fit the price. It's not clean outside the property or in the room. They have people hanging out in tge parking lot and in the stairs. The room That i was in was in had a extremely large hole in the bathroom door, plus the shower curtain was dirty, with burn mark, and the shower head was wrapped in black electrical tape to stop it from leaking water. The microwave was dirty, the leather chair had cuts on it, and the room had a very weird smell to it.

Horrible experience! Booked the room to cook in the room. Stove didn’t work and $40 worth of food was ruined. It took around 10 minutes for shower water to get hot. Roaches, dead and alive.

The person in charge that day was very rude and intransigent. He yelled at me and told me to cancel the reservation and that he wouldn't give me the room I had already paid for.

Upon entering the room, the bathroom basket had trash from the previous guests, the sheets smelled bad, as if they had not been changed, and the bathtub when I went to shower was clogged, the water would not come out, the shower curtain was full of mold, the door lock was broken so I could only close the door from the inside, a horrible experience, I am sharing my experience so that other people do not go through this bad time.

the key dont work, walking back to the lobby, the lobby is closed, you have to speak on the phone for someone to help you… everthing takes forever

The property was past dated. I saw a roach crawling on the couch. The couch it self was in bad condition looked old and was ripped. And it smelled bad and also it smelled like cigar. Was disappointed i paid one night and had ro leave that same day.

I checked in at 4:30 PM, despite the designated check-in time being 3:00 PM. The property was poorly maintained, with a noticeable odor of urine throughout the room. The accommodations were outdated, and although this was an extended stay, there were no basic kitchen essentials such as dishes, pots, or utensils. The environment felt unsafe, with long-term residents and apparent illicit activity occurring in multiple rooms.
