At check in I found out that the elevator was not working. The front desk attendant was not too friendly or even concerned that the elevator was not working. When I asked here how long has it been down and when is it expected to be up and running she said she couldn’t give out that information. Wow! She offered no credit or discounts for the issue and put me into a room with soiled sheets and that really was not cleaned and presentable. I had to go down to be changed to another room.

4th Floor Room & No Elevator! Hotel was nice enough, room was average but a couple of things with our visit made us wish we had stayed elsewhere. First on check-in we were notified that the elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. We are seniors and lugging everything to our room was difficult for us. I didn’t stay there was only 1 room available and it was trashed and someone’s personal stuff in it. And the elevator was broken and it was 3 floors up with luggage and there also was no a/c. Why would you recommend it to me???? Then you didn’t help get me a refund.
