What can I say? You get what you pay for. Most guests here are actually long term residents who could care less about those who just want a peaceful nights rest. The staff will only make excuses and not help you. The front desk is closed at night so if you need anything you’re screwed. Clearly this business only wants your money and not your satisfaction. Move on! There are other hotels nearby that are very nice with friendly and caring staff.

Pool Access??...there's NO POOL!! With the advertisement of having a pool access we've chose this property for Memorial Weekend avoiding traffic jams and spending hours on the road. Unfortunately there is no pool, so that was a very disappointing point on our staycation. First impression was not good. Smell of marijuana was evident since we stepped out of the car. Only stayed one night out of the 2 or 3 stay. Noise was loud because of the kids, the cleanliness was not the best, and still waiting to hear back from the manager to get a partial refund from the remaining days that I did not stay.

Stay away from this hotel Negatives too many to mention. One is we had to bring our own coffee, cups, pan to boil water etc. A second is that we were kept awake all night by very noisy neighbors. We could go on and on. Do yourself a favor: Do NOT stay here

Hotel smell like marihuana !!! Not clean room

Noooooo!!!! Unit had bed bugs

Was people hanging out front smoking. Was woken up at 2 am. Someone was fighting in hallway. They called us to stop & we were asleep. They never checked who it was just called. I told her we were 75 & 64 years old & asleep & they hung up on us. Leaving in morning dog peed in elevator & 9:10 am no one was at desk to tell. Worst place in all my life.

Berated for bringing my cat (“pet friendly” they say) and was asked if it was declawed and was encouraged to do so even though it’s considered inhumane.. was told how expensive repairs are due to cats and she seemed disgruntled and talked about it. I promised to pay for damage and the cat didn’t cause any. Took pics for proof in case they tried something. Didn’t have a remote for the TV and told front desk three times never received one so I didn’t watch anything.. Electric issues. Microwave would flicker. Wouldn’t work a fe... read more
