stayed at the property for business purposes, but unfortunately, I couldn't get much work done. The room was in a horrible condition—rundown and seemingly out of order, yet they still placed me there. It was unacceptable; no one should have stayed in that room. They took my money, yet I didn't even have a chair to sit in. The toilet was clogged, and they blamed it on town work outside, but it made for a terrible stay. I requested a reservation for three people and we receive the service for only two people. The elevator did not work and the people with desabilities was include with me in the reservation couldnt up to the room. There are some employess who are not able to deal with a costumer.

I paid for a deluxe king with full size sofabed. There was no sofa only place to sit other than the bed was a chair tgat looked like a cat had shredded it. T h e elevators did not work, and to top it all off tgere were roaches in tge roommuch less sofa bed. T h e
