Most concerning was that my room door did not immediately lock when I’d close it from the outside upon leaving. It would eventually lock, but I’d have to stand there waiting to be sure. Also, the floors of the room reeked of chemicals and somehow remained both wet and tacky for the entirety of my one-night stay. And the elevator was not operational while I was there.

Never book with Expedia again you don’t have a customer service. Your virtual system doesn’t get back to you. You don’t have a phone number and you don’t even even have a Support email. It’s disgusting. Expedia is a danger zone.

Not up to standard Bathroom had live insects in the bathtub. The shower barely worked and there was no shampoo provided.

The only rooms available were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken. We said ok and took the stairs. There was a man at the top of the stairs, just hanging out, who made us (my daughter & I) uneasy. We went into our room and were instantly overwhelmed with a powerful smell of stale cigarettes. I told my daughter to wait in the room “lock the door behind me” and I’d get a key for another room.
