Good location; everything else was below par One week stay; elevator was out of service for most of that time. Carpets were nasty, overall upkeep was not good. Staff was friendly and location was good, but overall condition of the property makes it a one star.

I paid to much for the issues I’m experiencing. I drove 8 hours to get to the hotel and no ice machines work. I had to go to the nearest gas station to get ice. AND the elevators were broke! I had to make several trips up the stairs in order to get all my luggage in the room. I feel that if they know there was these many issues, the price should have been lower since i didn’t utilized everything.

Terrible We could not stay. We booked the room a month in advance. Upon getting there the hotel said they were sold out. The sanitizir dispenser smelled like something was rotting in there, as we waited customers were complaining to the front staff about broken tvs and ac units not operational. We had traveled for hours to get to a room that was sold out and the lobby had rancid sanitizor. Never again.

The hallways stinks , the rooms stinks , the elevator smells real bad ..if you do a late check in it’s going to take awhile to contact a front desk because there’s no one at a desk…I was waiting for almost 45 minutes to check in because they don’t keep someone at the desk for 24hrs like regular hotel does it’s very frustrating and annoying better off paying more for a different hotel than go through the aggravation
