One of the worse experiences i ever had. Upon arriving around 5:30pm, the outside trash containers were overflowing with trash. Only 1 key card was provided due to the limited number of cards provided for the day. The elevator smelled bad and the carpet was dirty and there was a heavy pet odor in the halls. The listing indicated a queen size bed, but the bed appeared to be a full size. The tub in my first room 406 backed up. Noise, people smoking marihuana in the hotel. Carpets were REALY dirty. Sorry ,never again! I spent the night in a diferent hotel.

We had to pay extra for bed sheets and towels Rooms were semi clean Cable did not work One key per room Seems like they had a lot going on

Checked in and room was dirty. Smelled like pee. Seems like people live in rooms. Felt unsafe around other guests. We checked in. Stayed for 30 min and left to sleep in airport instead. No one at desk to check out and complain

Every establishment has issues so I let alot slide when it comes down to rating. BUT out of key cards to get into the room, roaches, charge for additional towels and no working cable. NEVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND

I didn’t like that the room i pay for was not available, the all- ways Stinks like some one was smoking in them.

Well, apparently they change cable/wifi services to Dish. No one had wifi access and no ones tv worked. They blamed the weather. Well hello, this IS Florida. I have really bad anxiety and PTSD and all I heard all through the night was doors banging and stomping from the floor above me. Needless to say I did not get any sleep!!
