From the day we checked in, our room door was not able to lock. They couldn’t change our room so when I went to the front desk they told me to contact Expedia because it was booked through you, that we can dispute to get a refund of at least 1 out of the 2 nights. I had to take my belongings with me every time I swapped out of my room. Definitely an inconvenience

If you need something to get on through without spending and it The lady who checked us in was so nice and friendly! However, I don’t know if they’re understaffed but the hotel is dirty. Floors look like they have not been mopped in 2 months when you walk in the building it has an odor. The morning we left a roach had ran back under the wall.
