The room was infested wih roaches, the refrigerator and stove top looked like they were picked up from the street. I booked the room for 7 days and was provided with 2 towels and wash cloths, and was told I'd have to pay a fee for additional towels. And while the unit had a kitchenette, it had no pots, pans, utensils, or dishes. There were no amenities, not even soap. They don't even offer ice at the hotel. I didn’t even stay in the room because I feared my safety. I am trying to get a refund but it’s impossible when booking through a third party. I was harassed by a homeless woman on drugs. She was following to my car calling me names so I jumped I , licked the door and left. Never went to the room that cost me $150. Do not stay here!!

The room smelled of cigarettes, I had to buy a candle and Clorox wipes to clean the room before using. The room definitely needs a remodel. Old cabinets and uneven floors

This had to be the absolute worst roach infested room I have ever stayed. This place is crawling with timy German cockroaches. They were in all the appliances, furniture, and walls. Our food wasn’t even safe in the fridge, and even would pop when you used the microwave. Health department needs to shut them down

When I was trying to check in the woman in charge was interrupted for 3 people and she stop my check in to take care of these people. I ask her if she can finish with me first and she kind to get an attitude. While check out at 9:30am I walked to the lobby to return the keys. lobby closed and phone number little piece of paper with a phone number. It was really terrible experience! Room had no soap, no shampoo, no glasses, no spoon or fork, no napkins, no tea bag, nothing...I had to go to lobby to get soap. There I learned that we were lucky ones - we had toilet paper in the room - in lobby I met woman who was trying to get it. Fridge - it was leaking with very loud falling water droplets. The room wasn’t clean and it smelled very bad! Also we saw a roach in the bathroom! It was a trouble experience!

The staff was inadequate for the number of people checking in. There was not any heat in my rook and it was in the 40's. They had no solution and they did not have extra blankets to offset the cold. The 1 individual on staff did not seem to be that motivated to assist.
