It’s a dump the building is in disrepair. The room had a drug infest cheap motel smell which was unbearable. Fridge was rusted and cabinets were chipped and old. Rust on the shower curtain carpet should’ve been replaced yesterday but it was clean but cleaning won’t save this awful experience also way over priced $140 not worth it!!!

Did not like There were people sitting in the stairwells at night. I did not feel safe. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It just felt run down and old

Rented 2 rooms, they were dark and in a questionable part of the place. One’s floor was dirty and sticky. The other we couldn’t get into. Got diffraction roo

If you are on vacation with your kids or if you are a couple trying to spend a nice weekend after Clearwater please stay away of this place. 160$ can give you a better room anywhere else. I arrived at 10:00 pm other guests look like drug addicts, rooms are old, furniture is falling apart bathrooms's floor was peeling off the ground. stay away from this place. This property was very dirty. Cockroaches on the nightstand and bathroom. Bathroom had licking water coming form the tub. When I told the staff it looks like they new about all of this and did not care. Never coming back here.

I like the location it’s only 8 minutes from my friends house. What I didn’t like about it was The room looked old Dirty floor water needs to be better. Refrigerator needs to be defrosted. Didn’t have anymore covers in bed it’s like a thin sheet. For $146 a night the room needs to be way better

The room was tired looking (worn down and over used), the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. The room had small roaches which came out at night when the lights were off- many of them. We saw them when we turned on the light in the bathroom at night.
