I didnt like the fact, i had to call and wait to check in, at the same time my room card was not working so i had to call again to get it to work, why can we have someone at the front desk, why is to room not clean dorr not working,why was there no soap or towels ready, why do i have to use my own it was a terrible stay

Thre room was old and outdated. The carpet and floor were dirty. There was not a trash can in the room. The worst part was the worn out mattress I had to sleep on. The toilet doesn't flush properly.

Customer service was not friendly they never explained the towels that we only get 3 towels the whole stay the heat in the room didnt work the dogs in the rooms barked all night. The front desk was not at all helpful .just wont be staying thier any time in my future .so sorry .

I have stayed at many extended stays but this particular property is filthy. Open consumption of illlegal substances, flush doesnt work, disgusting smell, dirty carpet, no elevator, this is less than a 1 star property and way over priced than what its actually worth.

This property was disgusting human feces outside my room door with a milk gallon full of urine, bathtub had footprints in it and dirty thongs left in the room. The also smelled like an old stale ashtray that was wet and hasn't been emptied in months
