It was really the worst experience I ever have. The hotel is so dirty, the sheet was not changes, hair are everywhere on the wall, towel, bed. You can hear people talking outside your room around 3am. I checked out ahead of time and switch to another hotel and never get my refund. Please choose other hotels if you can!

I booked the room and when I arrived at 2am from a late flight the lobby was close so I called the lobby desk and they said they were over booked even tho I had a reservation and my credit card was charged 😡

Shelita Arrived at 1:57am. Well past the check in time via the reservation. Shelita did not call us to let us no she would be arriving late, and because she used a 3rd party, it limits the functions that we have available to us at the site. These reservations are straight forward but limited. We were able to give Shelita a 30% discount after the fact (All though policy doesn't allow this, the GM made an exception).
The room #366 needed major repairs. Soft areas in the floor around the bed. Electrical outlet malfunctions. The general manager was very rude and judgmental at check-in. There was no manager in the front office for over 30 minutes when checking out. I will never book at this location. The two females that worked the front desk on Monday and Tuesday evening were very professional and polite. They tried to accommodate my concerns.
