I’ve been here twice the first time the room had ants and I woke up in the morning. They were crawling all over the nightstand and my phone, but I did not see any ants the most recent Room

It was fine. When I came in, the front desk staff member was arguing with a long-term resident about laundry. I waited for over 20 minutes while their argument escalated. The front desk person didn't technically do anything wrong, but she didn't de-escalate the resident very well, and even after the resident walked away she kept talking about it to me. Doesn't seem like people who are doing 'extended stays' are getting as good of service as short-term guests, since the staff member said she has to deal with lots of people co... read more
