I checked in Friday night late. I called the front desk to confirm my room 2 hours before I arrived. It was an India guy who couldn’t speak English. He got upset and hung up on me. When I arrived, he gave my room away and told me I had to pay $180 more to get a bigger room that available. I said no and told him I already paid for my room I’m not going to pay again. He insisted.
