Gross! Not clean! SUPER dirty and gross! There was cookie crumbs found in the bed from previous visitor. Nothing was clean! The doors to the outside didn’t lock properly. Air Conditioning in the room didn’t work. And when I spoke to the hotel staff they just said they will tell the correct people and that they can’t help any further.
They overbooked and my room was downgraded from 2 queen beds to one queen and a cot. They would not offer discount on first day or refund to leave the second day. The cot was metal coils covered with thin fabric. I have never seen a “mattress” like this! The toilet was not attached to the floor.
The toilet seat was completely broken and the staff did nothing to fix it during a 2 night stay. Never again,

The place didn't not clean the room for 3 days even after we asked

It wasn’t a five star hotel, but it was great for what it was. I felt safe and the bed was super comfortable. The room was neat and not super dirty. The pet fee was the most reasonable (only 25 dollars) and the location was perfect. Super close to everything and surrounded by lots of trees and grass. It was very quiet and calming there. It did smell like smoke outside and near the stairwell, and some things just looked worn and old. But again…it provided a good place for me and my dog to spend one night.
