Staff are pleasant, room was clean, parking was easy. We booked the room because it offered a kitchenette but there was nothing to cook with or prepare food. A flyer inside the room offered a way to “customize your kitchen” with a “practical comforts” option ( plates utensils, mugs, drinking glasses) and/or additional amenities( pans, toaster, coffee maker) when we requested some of the items we were given 2 plates and 2 teaspoons and were told nothing else was available.
