Very bad hotels Very bed hotell dirty and not clean no towels no toilet papers no pillows roaches every where in the bathtub and restroom everything bad

New Years Eve with friends We spend new years eve with friends so we checked in around 4 pm but never went to the room. When we finally went to the room after enjoying a nice new years eve the room was very very cold and it took about 2 hours for it to heat up. The room was the almost the same temperature as outside! Needless to say we were freezing and we are all sick now! There was no remote control in the room either.

Second time stay This would have been my second time staying here. To start off with our pillow cases looked like they had not been cleaned. I found hair in the microwave. THE BATHROOM!!!!!! The tub was ridiculous. The condition of it was horrible. Left over soap was on the soap holder on the wall, the shower inside walls were dirty. We found a dead bug on the inside of the shower wall and hair in the tub. I was not pleased with this visit.

worst experience of my lifetime we reached the hotel after long tiring drive from amherst MA(8-9 hours), we reached and the front desk told us they dont have room (i had already paid for it) it was raining and he asked me to find another hotel. then he told me he has single rooms (single queen/double bed) my son had a soccer game early morning (bethesda cup) and we wanted him to get some rest , finally we took the single room and asked for another single room , they only had a smoking room , we took that one but we could not... read more

Outdated Room was supposed to be non smoking but the room smelt of smoke.. hotel rooms need updating.. I am not convinced that the bedding had been changed on move in? No maid services..
