Disappointing and unfriendly When I walked into the lobby to sign in, there was a sign on the desk saying they'd be back in 15 minutes. I heard some sounds in the back and could see somebody in a storage room around the corner. I called out hello a few times without any response. 5 minutes later, a lady walked out, did not make eye contact, did not smile, and did not say hello. The front desk associates were pleasant, but the room was a bit dirty. I've stayed at many different Extended Stay America's over the years, but this stay was the first I had a dirty room.
