Extended Stay - Sterling - Dulles Airport Hotel was very nice, especially considering the location, very near Dulles Airport. I was only in the room for ab out 3 hours, but it had a full kitchen and was large and much lower in cost than any of the surrounding hotels. Was surprised to find that the Extended Stay American chain has such a desirable room offering.
For the price it was clean enough. No frills but served the purpose for one night. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating.

Adequate I located the motel via internet and made my reservation based on price. I got what I paid for. The room was adequate, but small. I did not use the efficiency kitchen, but this could be helpful for someone staying for an extended time. The pillows looked fluffy, but compressed down to several inches of hard pillow. I did not sleep much trying to get comfortable. The heater/ac unit was difficult to regulate to a comfortable temp. The bathroom exhaust fan made a loud noise when it came on, but eventually quieted down.
