Excellent !!! I thought it to be very well kept, safe neighborhood, close to shopping, airport, restaurants, etc. and close to where I was working. All in all I thought it was excellent!

Nice but very small room Everything was okay Didn't have coffee maker I end up going to nearest coffee place

Clean and quiet I had a bit of a wait at check-in but that was only because a lot of people arrived without reservations at the same time. Due to the modest price and kitchens, these hotels tend to have more blue collar workers than business hotels. This is OK with me but might be worth mentioning. This location was clean and quiet except for the occasional take-off and landing from Dulles airport nearby.

It is a hotel. No frills, but if you need a cheap place to stay near the airport this is it.

Nice, clean and very friendly staff I have nothing but great things to say about this place,, the rooms are big and spacious plus it has a kitchen so u can cook your own meals!! All this for 52 dollars a night wow what a great price I will definitely return to this place when I need to just get away !!!
