I reserved a room at the *** at the ************ Airport in ************, **. Upon arriving there I was greeted by rude receiptionist. The laundry room was in the back and they had the door open with laundry all over the floor and in the receiption area.I was informed there was a $100 incidential fee. Ive had a three night stay at the ************** location I could not believe how dumpy my room was. There were extremities in the toilet and on the seat! The fridge is barely running, and food was left in it. The kitchen sink is just ***** and smelly. Its poorly taken care off and very dirty. I called to get a better rate than paying $350 for 3 days.I did asking for a credit for the 3 days, as I was going to prolong my stay since I am here for spinal injections throughout this month. I was kicked out of the Extended Stay America in *************** ** for in there words for speaking poorly about the hotel. I watched them kick out a Disabled Veteran and his *************** Animal, stating the animal was too big, there is federal laws for the *************** Animal and they broke all of them. Myself and the other veteran were also shorted on them giving us our refund. I was overcharged in pet fees. I ask all Veterans to boycott this hotel. Should be shut down. They came to Our room and told us we OWED them $680.00 and we needed to pay it right now or leave. We did NOT owe anything. How can we owe a hotel?! They refused to listen so we paid it and the next day took our printout from their hotel that CLEARLY showed we were paid up and hadnt owed them anything and they still would not give us our money back or apply it to future days. Smelled like pot, cheat of drawers was missing a drawer. People in the lobby hanging out with grocery bags and no shoes trying to get handouts. Breakfast was a pack of oatmeal next to the hot water. Loud, constant parking lot activity,. Didnt feel safe, didnt smell good, furniture was damaged. No one seemed to care. I left after the first night and just drove home instead of continuing my trip. We were 3 hours away from checking in when I received an email that my 6 day reservation was cancelled. When I called the hotel and was told that they overbooked the rooms. EXTREMELY SUBPAR DISAPPOINTMENT AND THEY DON'T CARE!I reached out to Extended Stay America several times; they never even acknowledged me:When I checked in my room was not clean; I had to ask them to bring me cleaning supplies so I could clean when I arrived that evening. (I have date and time stamped photos of drink rings, grime, thick dust, nasty stains on the carpet, etc., that I provided them). The place is run like a halfway house. If you leave the building, you better make sure your key works. The key kept not working. There's no room service, If you need sheets or towels, you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk and stand there while they sort through them before giving you clean new ones. Terrible experience with getting my refund, I been trying to get my refund since May 19, 2023 and still haven't received it and here it is July 10, emails have been sent out to District Manager and Regional Manager and no one has responded, everytime I call they tell me another email will be sent out and I have to wait another 48 business hours for a response, this is the fourth time I have called and it seems to be no concern from anyone....
