Not a great stay Hotel was overbooked when I attempted to check in. There was only one room left and it was a smoker room. The attendant assured me they could move me to a non smoker room for the second night, so I took it but I wish I hadn’t. The smell was so bad, I couldn’t stand it. I slept in my car the first night instead. They did move me to a non smoker room the second night so that was good.

This is an extended stay hotel, not your typical “suite” hotel. The property was poor across the board. Why? 1) Very dirty rooms, linens, bathrooms, and public areas. 2) The smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Hallways, “lobby”, non-smoking rooms. Anything I brought in smelled from being in the building. 3) Temperature control was poor, and AC didn’t keep the room cool. I can't say that I liked anything. I was so shocked to find out that the rooms are only cleaned every fourteen days and you must pay for clean towels.

Thank you for your feedback. We are terribly sorry to realize that you were not aware of our additional service package options. One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, cookware sets are available to purchase, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. It would be shocking if you weren't expecting this and I apologize that it made for a disappointing stay for you.

Not so comfortable. The room looked ok from the first look, but once I got into my bed ... the sheet had a big stain, hardly visible though. It made me feel uncomfortable sleeping in the bed at all. So i slept on top of the blanket all 3 nights there - was too busy doing my business in the town to exchange the sheets. There were no pots, plates or cutlery in the room, when enquired was told I could buy those items. Why?

About the cookware, we do not stock rooms to help keep our rates affordable. Many guests prefer to bring their own cookware or purchase what they need locally for the kitchen; we also offer kits (a Simply Cooking Kit and a Simply Dining Kit) for purchase at the Front Desk if that better meets your needs. I'm so sorry this was not what you were expecting and that it did not meet your needs.

Very dirty but was given another room

Advertises as a smoke-free property, but when we arrived, they only had a smoking room available for us. We ended up staying elsewhere.

The hotel was clean, but the back door didn't lock at all. So didn't feel secure in the building. We had specifically requested a first floor room as my wife had back surgery a few months ago and is still recovering. They didn't have our room held for us. There was no furniture in the room other than the bed and two hard chairs. There was no place to sit down and relax in the evening. We won't stay here again.
