It took over an hour to get our room. No staff was on the property when I got there.

Nope dont waste your time there...I only stayed for a week but that was too long. No staff to check me in, had to wait for over a hour for someone to show up, and this was at 330 AM. It had too many questionable ppl, room smelled stale! Just crap

There was nobody at the lobby when I arrive so I have to wait to get check in. The place looks a little sketchy and smells like weed. People in the elevator smells weed as well.

Terrible Customer Service This place is terrible. The service is the worst I’ve ever received. The staff is inflexible and immature. No professionalism at all and vindictive in nature. We had to get a refund and could not stay. They lied to just give us a hard time. Be careful if you’re moving because they don’t care. They wouldn’t let us park our little U-Haul trailer in their parking lot. They invented there was no space when the lot was half empty.
