Staff was friendly and professional. Rates were good for a studio suite. Place was clean and I was not disturbed by outside noise.

I was going to leave a bad review at first, but the staff has changed that completely. When I originally checked in I thought the price was too high for my budget. But after a few days, I see that you get what you pay for here. There was a young gentleman at the front desk named ****, he always had a smile, and some kind of witty responce to keep things light, and not too serious. Everything was excellent. Everything was equipped the way I expected and I felt I got everything I paid for in a good way. My one chief complaint is that I was unable to take a bath because whoever was in that hotel room before me shaved in the tub and there was still a good amount of hair in the tub making is unsanitary and unusable. Other than the tub part it was a great stay!

While my room had no phone and the ** went in the living room had scent sticks shoved into it, it was a place to sleep for a night. However the saving ***** is the staff. ******** was amazing and even though she was walking out the door to go home the second time I ran down to the office to get some room supplies she dropped everything to still help me. I commend ******** and her efforts to help!

Booked through a third party site months before our trip. Our flight was delayed and almost missed check in. I called ******* from the airport and she made sure that everything was taken care of for us. She was great!

I have stayed at the Milpitas Extended Stay America every time Im in the area, for years. Located in a nice area and its quiet for the most part. The staff has always been nice and accommodating. *** never had an issue with booking or being overcharged.Yes some of the rooms (not a lot) can have a smell sometimes (food or cigarettes) BUT this is an extended stay hotel and people stay for long periods of time, theyre going to be cooking and some break the no smoking rule so its no fault of the staff if smells get stuck in the ... read more

I have been staying here long term and the staff is amazing. Very clean rooms and hallways. I have had no issues staying here at all. I enjoy being here.
