The facility isn’t clean. Hallways smelled. The noise level is high. Sheets were stained.
It is so bad for some front desk staff service and it is very difficult to let them cleaning the room although they just did two weeks for one evening time

Liked nothjng about this eatabishment.. was double charged then when i realized that t i reached our to your staff but they have been just as helpful.. how helpful is that you ask not at all

Totally disappointing. Did not realize facility was "bare bones". No lobby, minimal vending, no cooking hardware without paying extra. Though had a "handicap accessible" room that had plenty of grab rails, was unable to take a shower because no shower curtain was provided. Would have made a dangerous situation climbing out of tub onto a wet floor. Very few towels and washcloths provided. My problem was I was told I had a double bed room and only had 1 king! We were in town to officiate a basketball tournament, and with two men, we didn’t have two beds like we were told!
