Ididnt like that there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast,when I made the reservation they said there would be some.

Great staff. Smaller room. I’m staying here until I can find a furnished place that allows pets. There was drip marks in the bathroom cabinet and stains in the carpet. Mother room is smaller than other extended stays I’ve stay. Staff is fantastic! The sigh for the place is hard to see. Look for Holiday Inn Express. The road up is twisty and somewhat steep.

Disappointed I had always enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay up until my last stay on 8/28/20-8/30/20. I always received an suite, where the bedroom is separate from living room. The last room I booked was one room. It felt like we were sleeping in the Kitchen. I asked why was i given this room and i was told that it was the Queen sized rooms, which i didn't understand because I always had a Queen bed in the suites that I stayed in many times. I don't believe I will be staying at this hotel anymore.
