Nice nights stay after a disaster down the road! Excellent and friendly staff. I just returned from picking up a meal and realized I needed ice. My fridge did not have an ice maker or ice trays. The maintenance guy brought me empty rays to help. I explained that I had a two liter and was wanting ice to have a cold drink with my meal. He brought me ice out of his room just to help me out. That's the kind of service that will bring me back. Congrats to the entire staff on an excellent night's stay.

I was happy with everything, but the man that works at night shift in the front desk told me that checkout was at 10am and I ask him for a late checkout and he gave me 11am... I found out the next day that a reg check is at 11am... I wasn’t to happy about that.....

Ok hotel It’s an ok hotel, you get what you pay for. It took me about 20 minutes to check in as no one was at the desk at 2:00pm. I had to find a house keeper and ask her to check me in, she was very nice and graciously did so as a manager “George?” Spoke extremely loud on the phone as I stood there for 15 minutes. The rooms are fine, I just thought that was crazy as I was holding my bags.

Pros and cons Cons - the breakfast wasn’t breakfast. Just coffee (no decaf), granola bars, and instant oatmeal without milk. That’s it. The fitness center was being renovated but I was able to use a neighboring hotel. Some of the hotel’s fixtures are outdated Pros - they have pet rooms and it was very cheap. The staff was nice

Not just a Wifi problem. The room itself was comfy and clean although the only toiletries were harsh shampoo and soap. Don't use the shampoo! There was a paint stain on the carpet just outside my door and I wondered why anyone would leave it there. A man was looming around the second floor and trying to get into rooms. Someone had told the reception girl and she called the police. Strange experience. Took me forever to get to the actual hotel because it's unclear that you must keep on driving up and up past the ESSA building... read more

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. There was an issue with the shower, which the staff addressed quickly. Perhaps asign near the shower would be more helpful to other guests. Additionally, the free breakfast was pretty crude, because instant oatmeal and coffee was all that was available at 8am.
