This property is not a hotel. For the price, you have to empty your own garbage and there are no services... cleaning, bed making, clean towels are not offered, unless requested for a fee. Upon arrival at around 7:50pm, there was a sign on the door that said masks must be worn, so I had to go to CVS down the street to buy a mask. When I returned it was 8:10pm and I was charged a NO SHOW fee, only to be told that they do not enforce the mask wearing. I like the modernization. No carpet & security. The only thing I don't like is how limited housekeeping is. The halls & room floors contain stains and debris.

Got the job done Appreciated the night staff being awesome and helpful! There were termites in the room by the AC that were pretty gross, and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Happy we had a place to stay on a busy holiday weekend for a decent price and the showers were clean and AC worked well!
Had to wait during shift change to check in, room had cigarette butts under the bed and saw 7 roaches in the bathroom
