Got the job done Appreciated the night staff being awesome and helpful! There were termites in the room by the AC that were pretty gross, and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Happy we had a place to stay on a busy holiday weekend for a decent price and the showers were clean and AC worked well!
Had to wait during shift change to check in, room had cigarette butts under the bed and saw 7 roaches in the bathroom

Very Unhappy Guest We asked for a non-smoking room but we were assigned a smoking room. The hotel room was filthy. No cleaning had been done at all. The bed linens were dirty and we had to strip and wash all of the bed linens and remake the bed. Since we arrived after 10 pm, we were up at 1am getting the linens out of the dryer. I also had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and gloves to disinfect and clean the room just to be able to stay there. In suite the amenities were limited, ie no coffee maker, no clock in room, no lamp and the phone did not work. Had to get iron and ironing board when office was opened
