2 nights. 2 totally different experiences. First night was great. Registration & room was fantastic. I checked back in for a 2nd night & had a much different experience. Waited on registration. Received a room that had used soap still in the shower with body hair on it. During COVID I expected the cleanliness to be better.

Our standard is to do a thorough and detailed cleaning of the rooms after each guest leaves and make sure your room is clean and fresh upon your arrival. We are so disappointed to learn that this was not your experience but can assure that we will address this at the property level to make sure that we are improving the level of service we are providing to each of our guests.
There was no one at front desk for check in-we had to wait. No one at checkout either so we left our key. Elevator was dirty & smelled like cigarette smoke.

Every staff member i came in contact with was so nice and friendly! This hotel served its purpose for me a place to sleep. I liked that my room had a 2 burner top stove so i could cook food along with having a microwave and a full size fridge. I’d recommend bringing your own skillet, utensils, dish soap etc because you have to pay to borrow theirs. The room itself was clean when i arrived, but the floor was kinda of dirty and needed swept but it really didn’t bother me. I only really used the room as a place to sleep. The ho... read more
