In suite the amenities were limited, ie no coffee maker, no clock in room, no lamp and the phone did not work. Had to get iron and ironing board when office was opened

No coffee in the room, the pillows suck on beds, beds aren't big enough for two people. Need at least queens in the rooms. Other than that it was fine.

Very Unhappy Guest We asked for a non-smoking room but we were assigned a smoking room. The hotel room was filthy. No cleaning had been done at all. The bed linens were dirty and we had to strip and wash all of the bed linens and remake the bed. Since we arrived after 10 pm, we were up at 1am getting the linens out of the dryer. I also had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and gloves to disinfect and clean the room just to be able to stay there.
