Was Locked out the front for hours any way I can get credit

Lobby and elevators smelled of marijuana. People smoking right outside the front door. No quilt on the bed. Insufficient kitchen ware and utensils. Very noisy. Asked to have a room cleaning and was told that they don’t do that on the weekends
