Due to my not eating carbohydrates with no protein, we ate out. Needed eggs for breakfast. The floor of our room was sticky near the bed. The floor was sticky by the bathroom sink. The floor was sticky by the coach.
We checked in, went into the room and went back down to let the staff we would not be staying! The overwhelming smell of marijuana and the loud barking dogs was unacceptable. The room’s floor was so slimey we were sliding across it. Horrible experience!

The breakfast was limited to coffee and a few pre wrapped muffins. The vending machine took my money and did not dispense the item. The description said use of local gym. The only local gym charged me $15 a day to use the facility. When I asked the staff they were only aware of that gym that charged. Also noticed that people were living there long term. The rear of the facility (picnic area) looked very lived in.

This place was disgusting. It was clearly never deep cleaned and stunk like cigarettes. They offered up room spray. Other guests said their rooms smelled the same. They gave us one towel and one set of bedding for 4 people and two beds. When we asked for more we were told they didn’t have any left. They finally got some washed and up to us around 10 pm. We had a very disappointing experience at the Extended Stay America Suites. From the moment we arrived, the smell of marijuana and cigarettes was overwhelming. I specifically requested a non-smoking room at the front desk, and the staff assured me that our room was non-smoking. However, the elevator and hallways reeked of marijuana, and when we entered our room, it had a strong cigarette odor that made it very uncomfortable. We could barely sleep.
