When we arrived there were homeless people all on the property it was sad to see. One was living out of a Uhaul trailer on the property and the rest were just hanging around. The first room we went in and the AC didn’t work. When we told the front desk about both problems she looked unfazed and said she knows of the problems and they don’t do anything about it. We finally changed rooms.

I didn’t like that the room i was charged for wasn’t available. I received a handicap accessible room instead . Room smells like moisture & mold. Very unsatisfied this was my last experience with this hotel.

No continental breakfast as advertised, just coffee and granola bars. Facility is very old and smell like smoke everywhere although it's non smoking hotel.

Room was not ready, and when it was it was damage, so they give us a smaller room

Dirty, smelly. There was poop on the stairs. Place smelled like Tacos. Room I was given had not been cleaned since previous guest.

When I got to the property after driving for 14 hours they tell me they have no rooms left... I want something to be they made me drive another hour to their other hotel.

Hotel is super super run down. The ceiling in my room was falling apart to the point of it being hazardous. The place is not clean & it smells. You would think for a non smoking room it would smell fresh but the room it’s self smelled like an ash tray. The place doesn’t feel safe. They did not offer any alternative rooms but the hotel is so awful I wouldn’t even stay there for free!
