I ordered a queen size bed and wen I got here they gave me a full size bed the air conditioner didn’t work so I was hot

First room they put us in was never cleaned after the last person left (bed not made, dishes in sink). They switched us to a different room. We only stayed 2 nights. They do not stock the kitchen with anything, you have to ask for it (ie. Silverware, dishes, etc.). There was only a less than half roll of toilet paper. That doesn't work for 2 females..we had to ask for more. Not convenient at all. The hallways, stairwell and elevator had a very strange unpleasant smell. We never made it to the room.... After paying for the three night reservation I was then being charged $25 per night for my sleepy old dog. I did not find that on their website and did take care to look. From what we observed in just the lobby alone we decided that it was definitely not worth it. There were much nicer hotels throughout the area without a fee for the dog. It's been five days and the refund I was given (along with the silent treatment) has still not been credited to my account. Room was not clean when I checked in at 7pm. Front desk staff very attentive, however room was inexcusable

Requested a non smoking room but was given a smoking room the whole intire 3rd floor smelled like I walked into a 1980’s bar when smoking was allowed disgusting the bathroom had hair in the tub the room smelled so bad breakfast was a joke never again
