Bed bugs There were bed bugs in my room, I didn’t notice until 3 am as I woke up to something crawling on me. It was absolutely disgusting. Will never stay there again.
No coffee in room breakfast a joke hallway had funky odor.
Terrible Room A smoking room was requested. The room was dirty and it stunk like marijuana. When I contacted the hotel I was told that it was a smoking room and they could not tell people what they could smoke in the room. The bathroom was dirty. Smokey stay When i checked in the only room they had was a smoking room. I dont smoke so you get the picture.no matter how many candles or air freshener i sprayed the smell never left the room.... also under thd bed was trash and a thick layer of dust .....
Poor Cleanliness 1st room had not been cleaned had to change room huge inconvienance
The receptionist was not friendly. We book a room with 2 queen bed she allocated a room with 1 queen bed for us without any explanation. No ice vending machine in the hotel. Overall experience is Zero

Horrible Three Night Stay To be honest, my stay was horrible! I had stayed at this hotel two days prior. The stay was decent. However, when I rented the room for one more day, the whole experience was awful!! The first room that the receptionist gave my spouse and I was dirty and had already been slept in!
