Go Elsewhere Was given a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was not made, there was garbage in the waste bins, etc. The individual at the desk was indifferent. Was given a different room, which at least was clean. The only way to turn out the lights was to pull the pull out of the wall sockets. The walls were damaged. Overall, it was terrible Will never stay at this location again.

Thumbs down for Somerset, NJ Extended Stay of Amer My 3 day stay at this hotel was unacceptable. I've had great experiences at other Extended Stay of America hotels except this one. We couldn't get our room cleaned everyday unless we stayed there for a week. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new ones. Lastly, the front desk personnel except for the manager were unfriendly. They never said good morning or good afternoon when you walk by them. Its truly embarrassing.

This hotel should be torn down The hotel was nasty dirty, shower broken. Very loud, staff wasnt helpful at all. Only had 1 bed available. They gave us blow up mattress that was terrible. They shouldn't be allowed to rent rooms to anyone. This was a very disrespectful experience, very insulting. I wouldn't stay there for free.

Very disappointing Arrived at the hotel and the women at the front desk was not helpful. We could not be checked in because I had booked the room on Expedia only 20 min prior to arriving. She could not figure out how to get the wifi to work since we were not technically checked in. Got to the room and it was dark and dingy. There was no tv remote in the room and we had to go and get one from the front desk. Would not stay here again.

Staff was inattentive, each time i went to the front desk I would have to go out of my why to get their attention because they were busy having their own conversations around the corner. Each time I did it seemed like it was a major inconvenience for them. Also there were dirty dishes left outside my door when I arrived and they were still there in the following morning. There was no one at the front desk when arrived. When I went to front desk there was no workers there when arrived, in the break room talking. There was no complementary cups or nothing in the room. Not even plastic one to quick use. Bathroom was not clean hair was all around, would really like my money back for my the dissatisfaction of the hotel..

Gross It was horrible so gross the room smelled the staff was rude and for 90 dollars it was not worth it we were so tired we just passed out for all that I would have slept in my car the worst hotel ever not worth it I should ask for a refund
