ok place to stay it's was good sleep, was noisy and had a eerie feeling but overall it was good place to stay, neighborhood was nice, with good food nearby
Booked a room with 2 double beds. They faced each other and only 1 guest could watch tv. Room dirty with 2 cheese crackers (not packaged, just loose, in sink) greeting us when entering room. No ice machines or buckets, told to freeze ice in trays in refrigerator. Asked front desk if could cancel reservation and leave prior to unpacking. Told couldn't cancel at desk would have to try to cancel/reservation website. Will never stay at this hotel again.
Disappointed there were 5 mouse traps in my room, two were poison cubes, 1 was a sticky pad on top of the cabinet, 1 was a metal box under corner of bed and the other was a small box
Would pay extra for another location. Kitchen was not equipped. Not even a coffee maker. Had to inquire about kitchen items, some are extra cost. Room barren of decor. Loud halls, both guests and worse, staff. Broken items. No toiletries. No automatic door to help gain entry with luggage. Staff was friendly and courteous, but not attentive to property. Not dirty, but would no stay again.
Adequate Currently undergoing some well needed renovations, though unsure to the extent. The sleeping and kitchen areas of our room showed definite signs of wear and tear. On the other hand, the location is very convenient to the airport and highway system despite the unusual traffic pattern into and out of the property. It was not a Marriott Residence Inn and it was also not priced in that range.
