I wasn’t even able to stay at the property I booked. Upon arrival I was told that I had to stay at another ‘sister’ hotel 15 minutes away. I wasn’t given a reason for this outside of ‘contractual obligatiobs’ And

Horrible Customer Service The customer service from one of the evening representatives was horrible. Every time I asked a question I felt as if she was getting smart with me. I stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and had to dump my own trash and bring my own towels down stairs to swap out. I was unaware of the cleaning service policy and mistakes this place with a regular hotel. Arrived to no one at the front desk, phone in the “lobby” did not work, had to call the main number and wait for someone to arrive. Got in to our room which was less than stellar. Old, dusty, and hair on the sheets. We would have called to change rooms but we were so tired we just laid on top of everything. The hallway was dimly lit, and the carpet was old and dirty. Would not recommend.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was not at all a pleasant experience. The check in process is complicated and long even though I already paid for it through expedia. The rooms were clean and have basic amenities. The worst part of my stay was the breakfast. They just have coffee and granola bars for the breakfast.

Old, dilapidated building in sketchy neighborhood My wife was bitten by some spider or bug that made her arm swell up a lot and it was very painful. They lie and say they have a warm breakfast but all they have is coffee and granola bars to eat. Old, dilapidated building in a sketchy neighborhood that’s remodeled cheaply and you can tell. I would not recommend this...unless you’re looking for a motel 6 type of motel.

A dump ......dirty and musty, shuttle only rolls once every hour.
