They couldn’t find my reservation she took forever to tell me and another guest what was going on. Very unprofessional wasn’t helpful and I was very tired. I’ll never go again and I’ll report the rude customer rep at ESA.
Not all you would expect. Most hotels at this price would have a hair drier for my wife. The service at the front desk upon checking in was very poor. You would think the lady just got done fighting with the boss or something. Never have seen a hotel where all people staying were required to show a photo ID. Then they took pictures of them. The breakfast is a joke. They had granola bars muffins and fruit. That’s it. We ended up going to get breakfast elsewhere.

The people who gave this review thumbs up need to get out more and experience other hotels. No fan in the bathroom, very small pillows to sleep on and obviously an older property. Very close to the interstate which was noisy with semis and traffic. I won't be staying here again regardless of the price.
