The sheets were not clean. I called the front desk and informs her. She wasn’t to pleased that she had to switch my room.

There was no maid or room cleaning services "because of covid", the card keys to my room and the outside entry doors often did not work, and it was noisey, owing to some ventilation machinery that kept cutting on and off all day and night.

Angry I was very upset during my stay here. I called ahead of time in order to confirm that i would be able to have two rooms side by side, since I was traveling with my husband and children. Once I got there I discovered that the rooms were no where near each other and everybody denied guaranteeing me side by side rooms.

Nothing unique however it was convenient, it is by far the worse extended stay I have visited. The property manager attitude was rude. The room was dirty, cars had been broken in to no cooking utensils were provided as stated as an accommodation

Horrible experience. I regret returning for my second visit. I had property stolen from my vehicle. Management was of little help. There’s an established homeless population in the parking lot.

The door slammed all night long while we were trying to sleep.. It smell like smoke coming throw the doors and I thought it was no smoking. We couldn’t sleep from all the bumping over our heads and it was terrible
